Have you been struggling to find your true path? Would you like to feel more connected to the people around you? Are you suffering from emotional pain that you find it hard to resolve? I can help you!
Understand that you need help and finding someone that you can share your innermost concerns with takes bravery. For many of us having someone to be there with an open and non judgmental ear is invaluable. If you are looking for help it is likely that you have been struggling with your feelings of well being for some time now and are looking for relief.
Therapy is based on building a relationship with someone so that we can learn to trust ourselves and work more effectively in the world. It is often necessary to look at what you have been through in life in order to understand the patterns that are taking place now for you so that it is possible to make the changes that you need that will help you thrive.
In the process of change it important for you to find your strengths as well as work on the relationships in your life to move you toward a life that is connected and happy. In helping you I take a holistic approach that blends Western therapy practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I also incorporates elements of Eastern healing practices such as mindfulness and Tibetan Yoga. In working together, I will encourage you to reach for the changes you need to make in order to create balance and happiness in your life. We all need to be challenged by someone that cares to look at the patterns that have been holding us back so that we can see our own awesomeness.
One of the main benefits of therapy is that you will gain insights into how you see yourself and how you work with your life. You will also learn practical skills that will help you remove the suffering that you are feeling. Change is not necessarily easy, but making changes will leave you in better place where you can have a richer sense of what life means to you.
